What is your minimum order quantity?
We maintain a minimum purchase requirement of $300USD of products only. Orders may consist of any combination and any quantity of products.

How can I pay?
Payment can be made by PayPal, Credit Card with 2Checkout , Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union or Money Gram. PayPal is our preferred method. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items via PayPal. After you submit your order click the "Checkout with Paypal" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.


What is the easiest way to order?
The easiest ways are either by browsing categories online or to download our PDF catalogues , which are clickable so you can click on the product you like and it takes you directly to that page on the website for you to put on your cart.

How long does it take to prepare an order?
We offer over 10,000 different combinations of products. We can do this because our wholesale items are not held in stock but are "Made-to-Order". We normally need 10 - 15 days to finish the production of a wholesale order. We kindly request that you plan your orders carefully with our lead time in mind. If your "Need-by" date is sooner than our production time please make us aware, we may be able to ship part of your order early if it is needed for a specific event.

How long does it take to deliver?
Wholesale orders ship via DHL Express. Delivery time worldwide is 3 - 5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Do you offer other shipping methods?
Yes, we can ship using your preferred carrier. If you would like to be quoted different shipping rates please prepare your shopping cart and contact us for a quotation.

Will I be charged duty/taxes to import these goods?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to completing your order. However there may be some things we can do to help reduce these charges. Please contact us for further information.

Are there any discounts for large orders?
Loyalty means theworld to us just placing an order with us gets you to our Loyalty Program. After your first $500 order you are automatically upgraded to being a bronze member. Follow this link for more details.

How do I get my discounts?
Most customer discounts are calculated at the check out automatically providing you have reached the amount required to receive it. If you have received a mailer with  specific discount, simply enter the code into discount box at check out. 


Can you make custom products?
We offer custom made products upon request, follow this link for more details on how to order. One of our design team will then contact with you shortly afterwards with more information about your request.


Can I try before I buy?
Of course, If you would like to sample any of our products please send the codes and quantities to wholesale@ethniclanna.com to submit your request.


How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. All orders are custom made to order. If a customer wishes to cancel their order once production has already started a 20% restocking fee may be applied.


Do you do Home Shows?
