ETHNIC LANNA LTD

Ethnic Lanna is a Fair Trade company. We work closely with our artisan partners to ensure that all our items are produced in ethical, fair labor, and child labor free work environments. We pride ourselves in our quality control, and work closely with our local artisans to ensure their goods meet the needs of our customers worldwide. We believe that granting access to the global marketplace is one way to generate growth in their local communities as well as individual economic independence, and we are delighted to say that all of our handmade vintage items are produced in an ethical work environment that pays a living wage.

MINIMUMS
We maintain a minimum purchase requirement of $300.00USD (product only). Orders may consist of any combination and any quantity of Ethnic Lanna
products.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by PayPal (Credit or Debit Card), Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union or Money Gram. PayPal is our preferred method.

Please note you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Checkout with Paypal" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be made to complete your order. If you are unable to make full payment, we may be able to start production on your order for a 20% deposit of the total amount. However orders will not ship until full payment has been made.

LEAD TIME
We offer over 10,000 different combinations of handmade products. We can do this because over 50% of our wholesale items are not held in stock but are “Made-to-Order". We normally need 10 - 15 days to finish the production of a wholesale order and have it ready for dispatch. Production will not begin until payment has been made. We kindly request that you plan your orders carefully with our lead time in mind. If your “Need-by” date is sooner than our production time allows, please make us aware. We may be able to ship part of your order early, if it is needed for a specific event.

SHIPPING METHOD
Wholesale orders ship via DHL Express. Delivery time worldwide is 3 - 5 business days from dispatch date. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. When having your order shipped via DHL Express you are immeduately insured with DHL for any loss, damage or delays which may or may not accor during shipment of your package(s). How much your package is insured depends on the weight of the package itself, the rate is as follows: $25 per kilogram or $11.34/lb. If your order is lost, damaged or delayed in any way, you are free to file a claim or inquiry with DHL by contacting them directly. Please make sure you submit 1 claim per order. If you regard the limits as insufficient, you can make a special declaration of value with DHL. A Pro-forma Invoice will be included in your shipment. It will give a description of the purchased items, individual item value, item harmonized codes, shipping weight, as well as other important information. If you have your own shipping account with DHL and would like to use this to pay for shipping costs this is also possible. We can also ship using Thai Post or any other carrier that you choose, simply at the checkout choose to pay by “Bank Wire” and we will adjust your order to reflect your preference. Once everything is agreed we will manually send you a Paypal invoice.

SHIPPING COSTS
We have a long standing contract with our carrier that guarantees us the best valued, quickest and most reliable shipping option available in Northern Thailand. Shipping costs depend largely on weight and distance and are not show in the individual item listings. Shipping costs will be quoted at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is filled in completely and correctly.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CHARGES
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, and Ethnic Lanna will not be held liable for any of the costs. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your order. There may be some things we can do to help reduce these charges. Please contact us for further information.

PRICING
We have no MSRP (manufactureers suggested retail price).

3rd PARTY E-COMMERCE SITES
Sales on your own online store or on 3rd party websites such as Amazon, eBay and Etsy are allowed.

USE OF OUR IMAGES & TEXT
If you are a Wholesale Customer, you may use any images, pictures or text from ethniclanna.com as part of your marketing of Ethnic Lanna products as long as you bought those products from us. All images, pictures and text remain the exclusive property of Ethnic Lanna Ltd.

QUANTITY PRICE BREAKS
When logged into your wholesale account, you will see all standard wholesale prices for each item on the corresponding product page. Pricing for larger quantities is available upon request, please contact us for further information.

BACKORDERS
If for any reason we cannot complete a certain product in time for delivery your order will be shipped partially complete. You will be informed which items are still in the production phase and will be given an estimate on their completion.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS / EXCLUSIVITY
We offer custom made products upon request, please email design@ethniclanna.com to see if your product is something we can make for you. We offer exclusivity on a per occasion basis, please contact us to discuss this.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELATIONS
All orders are custom made to order. If a customer wishes to cancel their order once production has already started a 20% restocking fee may be applied Refunds are available for damaged product or wrong item shipped, however vintage fabrics used are not considered damaged items as they have been previously used and may be stained or have imperfections. If a customer wants to return an item, they have 30 days from the day of shipment to do so.

Ethnic Lanna will not be responsible for return shipping charges under any circumstance. We do have a return office in the USA and another in Europe.
Returns: Damages or errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us at wholesale@ethniclanna.com to report damage.

PRODUCT DISCREPANCIES
Dimensions are approximate and sizes or colors may vary slightly due to the characteristics of handmade products. All products may vary slightly due to custom manufacturing of materials used. Colors may appear differently on the website and catalog versus the actual product. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through our photos. Slight physical and color differences may exist between pieces.
