GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE


PREAMBLE:
The present general conditions of sale govern the relationship between Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd., domiciled at Chiang Mai Thailand here in after referred to as Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd and consumers wishing to make a purchase on the site EthnicLanna.com  and here in after referred to as the "client".


THE ORDER
Any order implies the full and complete acceptance of the present general conditions of sale. All orders will be taken into account only after acceptance of the payment. Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd. is committed to honor orders received. The absence of availability of the item Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd undertakes to inform the customer by any means at his convenience. Although photographs of our items accurately represent them on the EthnicMaya site, these are only indicative and do not enter the contractual field.

If superior is unavailable, 5-day or final break Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd may replace the unavailable item with another of similar characteristics and equivalent or better quality, at a price less than or equal.
Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over a previous order.

DELIVERY
Modes of supply:
Products will be sent to the address of delivery indicated during the ordering process.
If an error in the wording of the coordinates of the client, shall Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd be liable for inability to deliver the ordered items.

Delivery times:
Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd is committed to delivering the customer within a period of 5 to 15 days according to the selected delivery area. Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd is not responsible for delays in shipping which would be due to a case of force majeure. In case of force majeure or exceptional events (natural disasters, strikes...) delaying or prohibiting the delivery of the goods, the Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd emerged from liability.

More generally Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd cannot be held responsible for:
-interruptions or delays on the Site www.EthnicLanna.com/wholesale/ due to the execution of maintenance work, technical failures, of a force majeure, through third parties or circumstances whatever, regardless of his will.

PRICE
The prices listed on EthnicLanna.com are expressed in Baht by default or according to the currency chosen by the Client. The price of the order are only used or quotation.
After quotation, you will receive an email to ask you if you agree about the real pricing on your order.
The pricing is only available during 8 days.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Full payment must be made when you receive email confirming your order pricing.
The customer receives the information for a bank wire with the email of confirmation.

Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd retains ownership of the article until the integral payment of the price by the customer.
No new orders may be honored before full payment by the customer of the sums due in respect of the previous commands.

SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS
By signing the delivery note, the client accepts the products delivered in the State, and no claim for damage during transport will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the client to carry out all checks and to protest the arrival of the equipment and to pursue, where appropriate, all recourse against the carrier. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately check their condition and their conformity with the contract. All claims relating to a defect of the goods delivered, to an inaccuracy in the quantities or an erroneous reference to the order confirmed by the Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd company, must be formulated in writing within a period of four days in receipt of the products otherwise the right to claim shall cease to be acquired. Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of the company Ethnic Lanna Co., Ltd Failing agreement, all returned merchandise will be held at the disposal of the customer at its own expense, risk and peril, all costs of transport, storage, handling is the responsibility of the customer. In all cases, the return of the goods occurs at the expense and risk of the customer.

 APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The present general conditions of sale are subject to Thai law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the Thai competent courts, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or call in warranty even for emergency procedures or Conservatory procedures for interim measures or by request.
